Car Wash Control System
In this example, one of the X-410 modules handles the day-to-day functions of the carwash including opening and closing bay doors, controlling an emergency shutdown, etc. It also provides the ability to give remote customer service such as resetting the car wash, upgrading the car wash type for a customer, etc. without the need to be physically at the car wash. The subsystems are controlled by connecting the devices to be controlled to one of the X-410’s four relays.
Freeze Protection
The other X-410’s primary function is to control the entire freeze protection system. It monitors the outdoor and indoor temperature, as well as the floor heat liquid temperature. The X-410 will automatically adjust the weep cycle times based on the outside temperature. The colder the outside temperature, the longer the weep cycle runs. The X-410 will also automatically turn on the floor heat circulation pump at a pre-determined outside temperature. This helps reduce utility costs.
